To ensure safety, fairness, and good equipment condition for everyone, the following rules apply to all gear rentals:

Rider Level

• Rental is available to independent riders only
• Riders must be able to ride upwind, self-rescue, and handle their equipment safely
• Beginners or non-independent riders may be required to take supervision or guiding where local regulations allow

Safety First

• All riders must attend a short safety and spot briefing before their first session
• Use of safety systems is mandatory at all times
• Riding must comply with local rules, conditions, and any guidance given on site

Equipment Care

• Rented equipment must be handled with care and respect
• Kites must not be dragged, left unattended in strong wind, or launched without assistance where required
• Any damage must be reported immediately

Weather & Conditions

• Equipment choice is subject to wind and weather conditions
• We reserve the right to refuse or stop a session if conditions are unsafe
