1. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date: Refund 50% of the balance paid.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date: Refund 30% of the balance paid.
2. Weather dependent
All lessons are subject to safe weather conditions. If conditions are unsuitable, sessions will be rescheduled at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
3. No-shows
Failure to arrive or attend at the scheduled trip/ lesson without prior notice will result in the full fee being forfeited.
4. Safety first
Quick Release reserves the right to suspend or remove any student from a course if they behave dangerously, are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or disrupt the learning environment. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
