Who we are
We are Quick Release — a kitesurfing school and adventure collective built for those who want to learn properly, ride safely, and experience the sport beyond the beach. At Quick Release, it’s not just about learning to kite. It’s about freedom, connection, and unforgettable experiences powered by the wind.
1. Booking Confirmation & Deposits
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. This deposit secures your spot on the chosen trip or lesson schedule.
2. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days before the start date of your trip or first lesson. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.
3. Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer. All prices are in EUR.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date: Refund 50% of the balance paid.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date: Refund 30% of the balance paid.
5. Weather & Wind Conditions
Kitesurfing is a wind-dependent sport. While we operate in locations known for consistent wind, we cannot guarantee wind every day, but refunds are not issued for lack of wind.
